The Diploma in Food Technology is designed to meet the manpower needs of the food processing industry, to give technical support by applying appropriate techniques in the utilization and optimization of food resources and to give the students a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of the principles and practices of food production, processing, preservation, distribution and consumption.
Eligibility : 10th Pass
